Filippo Weber

Founder

Architect; specialised in sustainable design, he has worked with international studios and obtained a Master’s degree at the AA in London. After experiences between Italy and the UK, he founded a studio in Florence where he follows every phase of the project, from concept to construction site.

Gloria Morichi

Project Leader and Sustainability Consultant

She has a double degree in Technological and Environmental Design (Politecnico di Milano) and in Architecture for Sustainable Design (Politecnico di Torino), attending the Alta Scuola Politecnica. Since 2020 at Weber Architects, she has been working on architectural design with a focus on urban regeneration and well-being.

Filippo Corti

Sustainability Consultant Leader

A graduate in Architecture, he completed the SOS School of Sustainability programme. Since 2022 at Weber Architects, he has been involved in bioclimatic analyses, LCA studies and the application of LEED, BREEAM and CAM protocols.

Andrea Cubattoli

Senior Architect

Architect with international experience in all project phases. He has worked from interior design to large scale, with a focus on quality for detail and sustainability. He has been part of the Weber Architects team since 2025.

Lorenzo Scansani

Architect, BIM Specialist

A graduate from the University of Ferrara, he has gained many years of experience in complex public projects. He’s worked at Weber Architects since 2024, with a focus on an informed and integrated approach to design. He is BIM Specialist according to UNI 11337-7:2018 and UNI/PdR 78:2020.

Giulio Scatena

Senior Architect, BIM Coordinator

Over ten years of experience in executive design, accounting and interdisciplinary coordination. Also worked in construction management, in Italy and abroad. BIM Coordinator according to UNI 11337-7:2018 and UNI/PdR 78:2020.

Lucia Sanchez

BIM Modeler

Architect with experience in projects of different scales and complexity at international level. At Weber Architects, she is responsible for 3D information modelling and project data management, contributing to integrated BIM design.

Junior Architect

Born in Poland, he graduated in Architecture and Urban Design at Politecnico di Milano, with study experiences in Turin and Krakow. At Weber Architects he works on architectural design and visualisation, with a focus on BIM modelling.

Sustainability Consultant

Born in Turkey, she is an architect with an interest in parametric design, energy simulations and BIM methodology. She graduated with honours in Architecture for Sustainability from the Polytechnic of Turin in 2024. She has participated in multidisciplinary projects between Italy and Turkey.

Junior Architect

Born in Ecuador, he is an architect with experience in residential projects and healthcare facilities. He is currently studying Architectural Design at the University of Florence and collaborates with Weber Architects on residential and urban projects

OPEN POSITIONS

Weber Architects is looking for an experienced architect who has a proven track record in project management from concept to execution phase as well as construction supervision. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of digital design tools and will be independent in managing the workflow. Qualifications required of the candidate

  • Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of the BIM world and in particular Revit
  • Knowledge of the economic calculation phases

Experience in the field of architectural design and in assisting construction management will be a positive evaluation element for the profile. Other elements that will be positively evaluated will be any certifications related to BIM design.

Characteristics of the role

  • Participation in design for renovation and/or new building projects
  • Work in project teams within the firm
  • Collaboration with the team leader during the project phase and when presenting the work to other team members or clients
